Due to a family bereavement, I am sorry that I have to cancel the Oxenwood meeting this afternoon. I will send out the itinerary, kit list and medical forms tomorrow and will reschedule the meeting for Wednesday 13th April 2016 at 3.30pm in Muntjac class.
I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

I am delighted to inform you that the Oxenwood trip is confirmed for Wednesday 4th May to Thursday 5th May inclusive.
You are invited to a meeting on Wednesday 23rd March at 3.30 pm in Muntjac class. At the meeting we will discuss the itinerary and the kit list needed, and you will be able to ask questions about the trip generally. If you cannot attend the meeting and have questions, please either see me before school, email me or we can have a telephone conversation one lunchtime. I will send home copies of the itinerary and kit lists to those parents who cannot make the meeting.
