Trip to the Moon, Art installation, Dark Skies Festival, Marlborough College
We have been invited by Marlborough College to a private viewing of part of the Dark Skies Festival: an art installation of the moon. This exciting opportunity has been arranged for Muntjac Class children so that we can learn about more about the moon and help us make links to our light topic which we have been studying in Science this term.
We will be leaving school at 12.30pm, after an early lunch and returning to school by 3.00pm. Pick up arrangements at the end of the day will be as normal.
All children will need to wear full school uniform.
There is a small cost for this trip to help towards to cost of the transport. Please would you to pay a contribution of £3.50 via ParentPay and return the below permission form or complete your online ParentPay permission form no later than Wednesday 20th October 2021.
No child will be omitted from the trip if their parents are unable to contribute; however, the trip may not take place if insufficient contributions are received, as there is no other funding available. In the case of financial hardship, support may be available, and an email or call to the school office will be dealt with confidentially and sympathetically.
Children will be back before the end of the day, if there will be any unexpected delays we will be sure to inform you as soon as we can.
