Easter preparations
As we move through Lent looking forward to celebrating Easter, there a number of activities planned within school and by the Parish of Whitton, including St Mary’s Church in Chilton Foliat.
Easter Egg Hunt
Easter at school wouldn’t be the same without an Easter Egg Hunt, which is normally organised by The Friends. Despite Covid and owing the huge success of the Christmas kitchen raffle, Mrs Ody and Mrs Dobson will be organising an in-house version for the children to enjoy, followed by an Easter themed lunch on Thursday 31st March.
Easter Service
At school, we are rehearsing our Easter Service, which very kindly, Mrs Payne will be videoing and editing, ready for release during our last week of term, which is only 3 weeks away! We will be following our photographic permission procedures as normal, however if you have any concerns about your child being filmed, please let us know. The Easter Service will be posted onto our website for you to access.
