As the dance festival approaches, please find a reminder of arrangements below.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL FOOD TAKEN TO THE DANCE FESTIVAL SHOULD BE NUT FREE.
WE ALSO DESPERATELY NEED PARENTS THAT CAN HELP MRS WESTON SUPERVISE THE CHILDREN ON EITHER OR BOTH DAYS.
Dress Rehearsal – Friday 16th March
As we are performing in the second half of the show, our dress rehearsal “slot” is the later one. Children should be at St John’s for 2.00pm and should be finished and ready for collection at 4.00pm. Therefore lunch can be taken at school as usual and children collected from school at 1.30pm.
Performance – Saturday 17th March
Children to arrive from 2.15pm.
Matinee Performance 3.30pm – 4.45pm (ish)
Children’s “Tea” break 5.00pm – 5.45pm.
Evening Performance – 6.00pm – 7.15pm.
There will be a “snack bar” open at tea time for the children where they can buy some sweets or a drink – please ensure they bring change if you would like them to be able to buy something. Children must bring a packed “tea” in a named bag, snacks, and a refillable water bottle – dancing is thirsty work!
