We are delighted that your child will be joining us here at Chilton Foliat School this September and would like to invite him/her into school for a series of transition visits. During these visits your child will have a chance to become familiar with the adults, the school environment and the routine of the day, as well as meet the other children in the class.
• Thursday 16th June – you will have been informed of your time
• Thursday 30th June – you will have been informed of your time
• Wednesday 6th July 9.15-11.45am
You do not need to stay for these visits, but please do let us know in advance if you have any concerns about your child starting school or if your child has any medical needs. (If your child is unable to make any of the times given above, please also let us know.)
Your child will need to bring a water bottle with them, but the school will provide a snack of fruit during the morning visits. Please ensure that he/she comes dressed for the weather as we will be using our outdoor area.
When dropping off or collecting your child for these visits please come via the school office.
