Eating in School
We are very proud to have our own catering kitchen on the premises enabling our Catering Manager and Catering Assistant to offer a healthy, exciting and innovative menu. We are always happy to discuss menus or a child’s particular dietary needs with parents.
How to Order Lunches
Lunches are to be ordered and paid for via Parentpay. Here are guidelines on how to make a lunch booking. Please ensure that you book and pay for the right type of lunch – Roe and Fallow class are Key Stage One Lunch and Muntjac and Sika are Key Stage Two Lunch.
Our kitchen team are proud to announce that they have retained their Level 5 Food Hygiene award from Environmental Health once again.
Packed Lunches
Alternatively, children are welcome to bring in a healthy packed lunch consisting of protein, carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables. Please remember that we are a NO NUTS SCHOOL and you must not send anything in a lunch box that contains nuts.
We encourage parents to pack healthier options like fruits, vegetables, and sandwiches in their children's lunch boxes. To support a balanced diet, we also discourage sugary treats, such as chocolate bars and sweets, and recommend minimizing foods high in salt and sugar.
Snack Stop
We have set up a Snack Stop for morning play times, so that children can eat their healthy and crunchy snacks by the Friendship steps before they go off and play.
Universal Infant School Meals
Children in KS1 are all entitled to free school meals, following the Government initiate brought in September 2014, however we still ask that you submit a form with your child’s menu choices.

Cool Milk operate our milk scheme and milk is automatically provided for all children under five. Details of the scheme are available from Coolmilk
You can still register your child after 5 years of age but you will be charged. Full details are on the cool milk website.
