Dear Parents, Carers and children of Chilton Foliat Church of England Primary School
I hope you are all well and enjoying the sunshine from your gardens, at the very least. I also hope that you are getting on well with the learning resources that have been provided via our Home Learning Tab on the school website. We have had one or two phone-calls about access and a couple of queries sent directly to teachers, other than that, the system seems to be working well. More contents have been loaded onto the website as the weeks have progress. We will also be looking into different ways of staying in touch, both at a class level and whole school level when we return back in term 6.
Remember we can keep in touch, albeit remotely, there is a special email address available to use if you or your children would like to ask any questions about the work that has been set, send in examples of work completed or photographs of your activities outside of school. We have loved being able to share your children’s achievements and experiences on our website.
The email address is: email@example.com.
I would love to hear from you all, at least to know that you are able to access the website. If I don’t hear, I will pick up the phone to say hello and to check that you have a device and internet access – that way, nobody will feel left out of our virtual community.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for making the dramatic adjustments needed so that we can all play our part in protecting ourselves, families and friends from increased transmission of the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) and thereby limiting its impact.
With thankfulness, courage and love
Chilton Foliat Primary School
